Next Step Approved for Addison Junction Development

At its March 24 meeting, the City Council approved a professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates in an amount not to exceed $2,349,425 for the design of public infrastructure associated with the Addison Junction development near Addison Circle Park. The scope of work includes project management, civil infrastructure design, and streetscape, sidewalk and trail connections, landscape, lighting, parking lots, and park design services.
