Trinity Christian Academy Amends Master Plan

The Addison City Council approved a Planned Development amendment for Trinity Christian Academy (TCA), located at 17001 Addison Road, during its April 28 meeting. The amendment allows updates to the campus master plan and development standards to support new and enhanced outdoor athletic facilities, including improvements to baseball and softball areas, a west grandstand, and a stadium press box, as well as related access, parking, and landscaping enhancements.

The project reflects continued investment in modernizing the campus while improving functionality and supporting student activities. The plans generally meet Town development standards, with enhancements such as additional landscaping and site improvements incorporated in response to neighborhood input. The Council did request that additional trees be added to meet current landscape requirements.
