Council Approves Addison Circle Park Water Gardens Repairs
View allAt its August 25 meeting, the City Council approved a $145,676 construction agreement with Sunbelt Pools, Inc. to repair the lower pool at the Addison Circle Park Water Gardens. The project will address deteriorating tile, lighting, expansion joints, and stonework. The existing tile will be removed, the pool will be resurfaced with Pebble Tec and accent tiles, and the lighting will be repaired.
Work is scheduled to begin after Oktoberfest on September 21 and is expected to be completed by early November. During construction, all of the Water Gardens fountain pools will be drained, and the lower pool and adjacent sidewalk will be fenced off.
